We started this journey in 2013 in Venezuela.

It all started with the notion that every person was different and they could do different things. We didn’t know how at the time, we just had a feeling.

From that feeling we started a school based on the principle of self awareness, that helped kids figure out what they were naturally wired to be FANTASTIC at and also look for a partner that was fantastic at what they were not good at. Complementary Skills.

Those years taught us very different lessons in what people, talent and leadership entails, from all those learnings we’ve creating a propietary framework that helps us identify what makes each person TRULY unique. Their Singularity.

Human Singularity is the culmination of 10+ years of research and serving over 1000 people through teaching and coaching focused on:
